Where do I meet your agent at JKIA?
Our agent meets you at the arrivals hall. After booking you will receive their WhatsApp contact so you can coordinate your exact meeting point.
Can you collect from inside the airport before customs?
Our agents operate in the arrivals hall post-customs. For pre-customs arrangements, please contact us in advance.
Can I book Land & Leave for my departure flight?
Yes. We collect from your hotel or accommodation and deliver to your airline's check-in counter at JKIA (or relevant airport).
What if my flight is delayed?
Our agents monitor flight arrivals. If your flight is delayed, we adjust automatically. Just let us know if there is a major change.
Do you operate at Wilson Airport and other Kenya airports?
Yes. We operate at JKIA, Wilson Airport (Nairobi), Moi International (Mombasa), and Kisumu Airport. Other airstrips by arrangement.
